Job summary

Client Server Limited is seeking a senior C# Software Engineer to own features end-to-end across API, backend, and frontend using C# .NET and Vue.js. The role involves architecture ownership, collaboration with Product, Design and Compliance, and delivering scalable services for an international payments platform.

You can work from home most of the time, with Bracknell office presence twice a week, in a hybrid setup. Relevant experience in payments or regulated environments is desirable.

Qualifications

• Strong C# .NET backend development experience.
• Experience with API design and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Frontend experience with Vue.js; React acceptable.
• Experience with production AWS (CI/CD, SQS, DynamoDB, S3, ECS/Lambda) advantageous.
• Ability to mentor others and take technical ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end from API and service design through to frontend delivery.
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs in C# .NET.
• Build customer-facing features across backend and Vue.js frontend.
• Make architecture/technical decisions within your domain and drive delivery.
• Collaborate with Product, Design and Compliance to move features from idea to production.
• Improve reliability, observability, testing and production performance; modernise legacy services.
