Hunter Bond in London seeks a Senior Software Engineer to join a technology-driven quantitative trading environment. You will own the design and development of high-performance C#/.NET systems and work alongside researchers and engineers to translate ideas into robust production software.

The role focuses on performance, scalability and data processing, with opportunities to influence architectural decisions and tooling. You will mentor peers and contribute to the team's technical direction.

• Significant commercial experience with C# and .NET in production services.
• Strong knowledge of concurrency, async programming and performance tuning.
• Experience building production-grade, data-heavy distributed systems.
• Ability to translate complex ideas with researchers/quant teams.
