What are we looking for in our Senior C# .NET Developer?

Senior C# .NET Developer - London - 6 months Contract - £550 - £600 per Day (Umbrella)

Job Purpose

• Provide IT development for and delivery to the Commodities business
• Extend IT system functionality for Commodity OTC Products in the Pricing & Trading systems
• Develop C# .NET applications using latest frameworks
• Assist 1st and 2nd line support in problem resolution
• Work closely with the existing development team, based in the UK and Bulgaria
• Collaborate with team members to deliver business value via Sprints
• Develop full-stack solutions: user interface, business logic, services, and data layer
• Interact directly with the front office when required

Personal Skills

• Solid experience in C# development utilizing the Microsoft stack (.Net Framework & .Net Core, WPF, WinForms, WCF, Entity Framework, SQL Server)
• Experience with Git, Bitbucket, React, SignalR, RabbitMQ, and Kafka is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a team, exchanging and discussing complex ideas clearly
• Banking experience, especially in commodities, is advantageous
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken
• Self-motivated, proactive, and independent
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
