Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering quality software within an Agile delivery environment.
• Excellent eye for detail and strong analytical capabilities.
• Able to contribute positively to Scrum ceremonies and developer meetings.
• Willing to challenge existing processes to improve quality in development and Scrum teams.
• Strong unit testing experience.
• Able to communicate technical issues to a non-technical audience.
