Job summary

Qualifications

• MEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (Or equivalent).
• Strong practical knowledge of EC&I documents (SLDs, P&IDs, BCDs, schematics).
• Experience with safety-critical system standards: IEC 61508/61511, ISO 13849, DO-178/DO-254.
• Experience working to ISO 9001 requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Mentoring and development of electrical engineers.
• Technical leadership on projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead C&I projects from concept design through to commissioning.
• Design of novel process control systems, including safety systems.
• Deliver innovation projects from concept to acceptance.
• Oversee production, verification and approval of electrical reports, specs and design drawings.
• Manage project teams to deliver on time and within budget.
• Engage with clients to define requirements, negotiate contracts and report progress and risk.
