Senior C# Developer (Contract) | Core Banking Systems | Remote (UK) | Outside IR35

We’re working with a fast-paced fintech company looking for a Senior C# Developer to join their agile team for an initial 3-month contract (Outside IR35 - potential extension).

You’ll be playing a key role in implementing and transforming a core banking system, building scalable services and secure APIs. If you enjoy solving complex problems and building tools that make an operational impact, this is a great opportunity to work at the heart of an innovative platform. This is a small team of engineers with a strong focus on team collaboration.

• Build core banking functionality using C# and .NET
• Design and maintain secure, scalable Azure-hosted APIs
• Collaborate across engineering, product, and operations to ensure a smooth, efficient platform
• Support DevOps practices with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools
• Internal interfaces are built using Blazor

You’ll need:

• Proven experience in C#/.NET, ideally in regulated/financial services or core banking - this is a big plus
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Strong understanding of modern engineering principles to impact architecture and culture

Work setup:

• Remote-first with optional visits to offices in Cambridge or London
• Flexibility for occasional onsite work with the team
