Job Summary

This role within Quantitative and Technology Services (QTS) involves developing the core infrastructure platform for the Structured Rates, Flow, and Equities desks within the RAMPP (Risk, Analytics, Modelling, Pricing & Processing) organization.

You will work closely with technology and business teams to create innovative technology solutions supporting business growth and innovation. The role involves leading the design and development of our strategic grid compute technology stack.

This position requires excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills to interact with clients and various internal groups regularly.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with local colleagues and stakeholders to understand and translate requirements
• Design and implement solutions in a high-performance, scalable environment
• Contribute to application design to create top-tier solutions
• Support onboarding of partners to our framework
• Provide second-level technical support for production issues

Qualifications:

Must-have:

• Strong C++ 14/17 skills on Linux or Windows
• Knowledge of Kubernetes (cloud & on-premises) and Grid Compute Technologies
• Experience with Python
• Excellent communication skills for working with a global team
• Ability to decompose large problems into manageable tasks
• Willingness to learn Fixed Income / Equities business

Nice-to-have:

• Knowledge of messaging protocols like TCP/IP, data serialization, and inter-process communication
• Experience leading development teams
