As a Senior Buying Assistant - Graduate, you will work closely with a team of imaginative, trend-setting Buyers and Assistant Buyers to contribute to the exponential growth of our business. This role offers a unique chance to learn and develop within the buying sphere, supporting the team with essential administrative tasks to ensure our success continues to flourish.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Research trends and create mood boards and product analyses.
  • Collaborate daily with suppliers worldwide using Teams and email.
  • Assist in administrative duties and compile regular reports.
  • Attend trade fairs (when feasible) to explore new suppliers and gather insights.
  • Work closely with Buying & Merchandising Teams to ensure accurate data management.
  • Collaborate with Quality Control and Customer Services to monitor returns and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Team to optimise product presentation and launch strategies.
  • Manage the department's critical path for timely product development and compliance.

What We're Looking For:

  • Passion for Trends: You have a knack for spotting trends and a genuine interest in product development.
  • Adaptability: Embrace change and possess a flexible mindset.
  • Education: A degree in fashion or buying is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous Buyer's Assistant experience is a plus but not essential.
