Job summary

Robert Dyas in Wimbledon is seeking a Buyers Assistant who will move from buying administration into a role with real ownership of range strategy. You’ll work closely with our Buyers to drive commercial performance and learn the end-to-end lifecycle from concept to customer.

You’ll build analytical chops through pricing data, use high-level Excel, and manage supplier calendars, samples, and web setups. This is a hands-on role in a collaborative team within the Retail Buying function, offering

Qualifications

• 12-18 months of hands-on experience within a retail head office buying team.
• Analytical mindset with pricing data and high-level Excel.
• Strong relationship builder with external suppliers and internal cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own sample tracking, supplier chasing, SKU creation, and web setups from concept to customer.
• Collaborate daily with Trade Admin, Marketing and Space Planning on cross-department projects.
• Assist directly with range planning, promotional planograms and supplier calendars to drive commercial performance.
