Job summary

Robert Dyas in Wimbledon is seeking a proactive Buyers Assistant with around 12-18 months head office buying experience to join the team on site in Wimbledon. You’ll support range planning, pricing, and supplier collaboration while working closely with Trade Admin and Marketing to drive commercial growth.

You will assist with sample management and data accuracy, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 12-18 months minimum experience in a retail head office (buying support preferred).
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with pricing data.
• Clear communicator who can build relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Proactive team player eager to develop buying and range strategy skills.

Responsibilities

• Range & Commercial Support: assist with range planning, promotional calendars and supplier calendars.
• Pricing & Data Accuracy: manage price changes, benchmarking and discrepancy investigations.
• Sample & Order Management: oversee sample tracking, order placement and web set-ups.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Trade Admin, Marketing and Space Planning to ensure smooth operations.
