Job Description:

This leading retailer is looking for a Senior Non-Food Buyer to manage a key category, driving NPD and creating a compelling product range. This is initially on a fixed-term contract for 12 months.

• Working closely with Merchandising, Design, and Quality teams to expand into new product categories and improve current ranges.
• Managing day-to-day range development, including sample development and selection.
• Completing sales analysis using market and customer insight data to inform buying decisions.
• Sourcing, developing, and growing the product range.
• Defining the pricing and promotional strategy for the category.
• Achieving commercial results aligned with category targets, maximizing revenue and margin.
• Traveling within the UK and EU for trade shows, competitor shopping, and supplier visits.
• Liaising with the e-commerce team on content and photography.
