Job summary

The Dune Group is looking for a Senior Buyer to lead product strategy, development and delivery across all markets and channels. You will shape the product offer to reflect the Dune brand vision, meet customer needs and deliver on sales, margin and stock performance.

As a senior leader within the Product team, you will develop a high-performing Buying team, drive collaboration with Design and Merchandising, and ensure collections are customer-focused and commercially relevant.

Qualifications

• Significant fashion buying experience and handbags & accessories expertise.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to translate TRADING performance into actions.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing Buying team.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier management with global sourcing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of a distinctive, commercially successful product range.
• Define seasonal strategies, range architecture and pricing across channels.
• Identify market trends and growth opportunities to drive performance.
• Partner with Design and Merchandising to deliver compelling collections.
