Role Purpose

Deliver sourcing strategies and manage suppliers, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop, deliver, and approve sourcing campaigns within RR SMR business constraints (time, cost, quality).
2. Manage internal and external stakeholders throughout procurement campaigns.

Key Selection Criteria

1. Supplier Management: Select and manage global supply chain for efficiency and cost-effectiveness, ensuring compliance and value.
2. Strategy Development: Create and implement global supplier and commodity strategies for quality, cost, and delivery improvements.
3. Purchasing Process: Conduct global tenders and define Purchase to Pay solutions.
4. Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships and develop business with suppliers within assigned categories.

Qualifications and Skills

• BA degree or significant industry experience; MCIPs qualification preferred.
• Advanced MS Excel skills for Cost Modelling and Reporting.
• Proven results in global category management and strategic sourcing.
• Good planning, project management, and commercial acumen.
• Supply chain management knowledge is a plus.
