We are seeking experienced buyers with a high level of commercial awareness and a successful track record in product buying, particularly within retail. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and implement product strategy and manage supplier relationships to ensure profitable growth and increased sales.
• Own product development and selection, collaborating closely with Merchandising teams to optimize performance.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in product buying within retail, with a focus on commercial development (high street retail experience preferred).
• Extensive diamond knowledge.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the buying process.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven leadership and people management abilities.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing techniques is desirable.
