  • Collaborate with central purchasing, negotiate supplier contracts, and build strong supplier relationships.
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and sourcing innovations to stay ahead.
  • Lead and mentor the purchasing team, setting goals and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Manage supply chain efficiency through supplier performance evaluation, risk mitigation, and inventory oversight.
