Job summary

Profectus Recruitment is seeking a Senior Buyer in Reading to lead supplier negotiations and drive commercial value across a technical services environment. You will manage supplier performance, renew contracts, and produce spend reports to support business decisions.

This role focuses on cost savings, supplier development, and supporting bids and pricing exercises across multiple sites, with guidance to a small procurement team. 2+ years in procurement and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ procurement experience.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
• Experience in cost management and performance improvement.
• Experience within healthcare, medical devices, engineering, or technical services.
