Job summary

WR Engineering is seeking an experienced Senior Buyer to lead international procurement for precision-machined components and drive strategic sourcing across Europe and Asia. You will shape supplier strategies, negotiate pivotal contracts and push for cost efficiency while ensuring supply chain resilience.

The role requires strong experience in global supplier networks, ERP/MRP proficiency and a track record in engineering/manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience purchasing precision-machined components internationally.
• Strong supplier negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Experience with overseas suppliers across Asia and Europe.
• Good knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
• A strategic thinker who enjoys improving processes and delivering commercial value.
• Experience within engineering, manufacturing, valves, oil & gas or similar industries would be highly advantageous.
