Our client is seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Buyer of Raw Materials to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence key internal stakeholder relationships and drive the delivery of Group Purchasing objectives within a blue-chip manufacturing environment.

What you'll do:
  • Influence key internal stakeholder relationships to drive delivery of Group Purchasing objectives.
  • Procure a portfolio of materials within a category.
  • Develop and execute portfolio sourcing strategies that meet business requirements.
  • Deliver on KPIs relating to cost, cash, quality, service, and continuity of supply for the portfolio.
  • Identify and implement material price reduction projects through the business.
