Salary: £52,500 + Excellent Benefits

About the Role

As a Senior Buyer in HR & Professional Services, you'll manage the supply base to ensure the effective and cost-efficient delivery of services across multiple projects. You'll be part of a dynamic team, supporting a rapidly growing company with strong management backing.

What You'll Do

1. Manage spend in Professional services and HR.
2. Ensure contracts with suppliers have SLA's and stipulate Risk Mitigation.
3. Develop procurement strategies that align with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
4. Manage budgeting, estimating, and tender processes for goods and services.
5. Focus on cost-efficiency and supplier performance.
6. Lead key procurement projects, driving continuous improvement in processes and supplier relations.

About You

1. Proven experience in indirect procurement, particularly in HR & Professional Services.
2. Strong ability to manage multiple projects and navigate complex proposals.
3. Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to manage priorities under pressure and build strong supplier relationships.
5. A clean driving license.
