Job description

Position: Senior Butler



Location: London, UK



Contract: Permanent, Starting ASAP



Salary: £60,000-70,000 + Depending on Experience



Benefits: Private Medical Cover + Company Pension + Discretionary Annual Bonus



Accommodation: Not provided (Must be London-based)



Vacation: 25 days per year + bank holidays



Requirements: Previous experience as a Butler in private estates



Start Date: ASAP





Job Description:



We seek an experienced and highly professionalSenior Butler to oversee the operations of a prestigious private residence in London, and manage and train a team of 8 butlers and assistants during busy months.



This position requires providing exceptional service to a discreet, high-profile family, managing day-to-day household operations, and training temporary butlers throughout the year.



During down times, the position requires more flexibility and the candidate will need to assist in other areas of the residence.





Responsibilities:



  • Delivering 5-star anticipatory service to the family and guests.
  • Managing and training temporary staff.
  • Collaborating with the House Manager to ensure smooth household operations.
  • Providing flexible support to other departments as needed.




Work Schedule:



  • When the family isn't on site: Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm.
  • When the family is on site: 6 days per week, 8–10-hour shifts.




Important Notes:



  • May occasionally require overnight stays at the property during visits.
  • Only candidates based in London will be considered.
