Business Travel Consultant - Touring Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Travel Consultant with touring or production experience for an expanding independent agency based in the West End. The role can be home-based, hybrid, or office-based, with a salary range of £38,000 to £48,000. Prior touring experience or production knowledge is essential, along with ideally Sabre GDS knowledge, though cross-training from another GDS is available.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing entertainment and touring client travel logistics, ensuring high-quality service at all times.
• Handling air, hotel, ground transport, meet & assist, and private charters from start to finish, providing dedicated support using Sabre.
• Maintaining attention to detail, prioritizing workload, and delivering within deadlines.
• Meeting client budgets and specific requirements.
• Processing administrative tasks, including accounting queries, promptly and accurately.

Skills required:

• Touring or production experience is mandatory.
• Sabre knowledge is preferred but training will be provided.
• Open to candidates based anywhere in the UK.
• Flexible working hours, e.g., 9 am to 6 pm, or later start and finish times are acceptable.
• Strong experience in reissues, ticketing, and refunds.
