Job Description:

Business travel consultant - touring specialist - Required for this expanding independent company based in the West End. The role can be home-based, hybrid, or office-based, with a salary between 38k and 48k. Previous touring or production experience is essential, as well as ideally Sabre knowledge, although cross-training from another GDS is available.

Responsibilities include managing entertainment and touring client travel logistics, ensuring the highest level of service, handling air, hotels, ground transport, meet & assist, and private charters from start to finish, providing dedicated support using Sabre.

Attention to detail, workload prioritization, and meeting deadlines are crucial. The role involves ensuring client budgets and specific requirements are met and processing administrative tasks, including accounting queries, accurately.

Skills Required:

• Touring or production experience
• Sabre knowledge (training provided)
• Open to candidates based anywhere in the UK
• Flexible working hours (9am-6pm or later start/end times)
• Strong reissues, ticketing, and refunds experience
