Business Travel Consultant - Touring Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Travel Consultant with touring or production experience for an expanding independent agency based in the West End. The role offers flexibility with home-based, hybrid, or office-based working arrangements. Salary ranges from £38,000 to £48,000.

The ideal candidate will have previous touring or production experience and ideally knowledge of Sabre, although cross-training is available.

• Manage entertainment and touring client travel logistics, ensuring exceptional service at all times.
• Handle air, hotel, ground transport, meet & assist, and private charters from start to finish, providing dedicated support using Sabre.
• Maintain high attention to detail, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
• Ensure client budgets and specific requirements are met.
• Handle administrative tasks, including accounting queries, accurately and promptly.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Touring or production experience is essential.
• Knowledge of Sabre is preferred but training will be provided.
• Open to candidates based anywhere in the UK.
• Flexible working hours, e.g., 9 am to 6 pm or later start/end times are acceptable.
• Strong experience in reissues, ticketing, and refunds.
