Job Description:

Business travel consultant - touring specialist - Required for this expanding independent based in the West End. Home-based, hybrid, or office-based, salary between 38k-48k, previous touring or production experience is essential, as well as Sabre knowledge ideally, but training from another GDS will be provided.

- Manage entertainment and touring client travel logistics, ensuring the highest level of service at all times.

- Handle air, hotels, ground transport, meet & assist, and private charters from start to finish, providing full dedicated support to all customers using Sabre.

- Ensure attention to detail in all aspects of the role, prioritize workload, and deliver within deadlines.

- Meet client budgets and specific requirements.

- Process administrative tasks, including accounting queries, promptly and accurately.

Business travel touring specialist skills required

• Touring or production experience is essential.
• Sabre knowledge is preferred but training will be provided.
• Open to candidates based anywhere in the UK.
• Flexible working hours, e.g., 9 am to 6 pm, or later start and finish times are acceptable.
• Strong reissue, ticketing, and refunds experience.
