Senior business travel consultants

Senior business travel consultants are sought for a global TMC that has won new business. One consultant with strong Sabre knowledge is required to work on high-profile accounts. Attractive salary, up to 38k plus bonus, 25 days holidays, pension, health care, etc. Hybrid role: 1 to 2 days a week in the West End office; home-based arrangements considered for an exceptional candidate.

Responsibilities
  • Booking all aspects of business travel including flights, rail, hotel, and ground transport using Sabre.
  • Handle enquiries from start to finish, including searching for a range of fares (Cat 35, client route deals) and travel options and presenting these to the client.
  • Explore and research options from low-cost options to complex itineraries (including round-the-world).
  • Manage each booking, ensuring client profile details are considered and visa requirements advised as needed.
  • Respond to emails and calls within the client SLA.
  • Manage travel projects ranging from individual reservations to large groups.
  • Offer alternative options to the client within their travel policy.
Skills and qualifications
  • Business travel consultant experience is essential, 5+ years.
  • Strong Sabre knowledge is essential.
  • Strong worldwide airfares knowledge.
  • Experience with ticketing, refunds, etc.
  • Willingness to travel to a London office two to three days per week; home-based arrangement considered for an exceptional candidate.

  • Shifts: 8.30am–5pm or 9.30am–6pm.
