Job Description:

Business travel consultant - touring specialist - Required for this expanding independent based in the West End. Homebased, hybrid or office based, salary between 38k and 48k. Previous touring or production experience is a must, as well as Sabre knowledge ideally, but training will be provided.

- Manage entertainment and touring client travel logistics, ensuring the highest level of service at all times.

- Handle air, hotels, ground transport, meet & assist, and private charters from start to finish, providing dedicated support to all customers using Sabre.

- Maintain high attention to detail in all aspects of the role. Prioritize workload and deliver within deadlines.

- Ensure client budgets and specific requirements are met.

- Complete administrative tasks, including accounting queries, promptly and accurately.

Skills required:

• Touring or production experience is essential.
• Sabre knowledge is preferred but training will be provided.
• Open to applicants based anywhere in the UK.
• Flexible working hours, e.g., 9am to 6pm or later start times are acceptable.
• Strong reissues, ticketing, and refunds experience.
