Job summary

Target Integration Ltd. is seeking a Senior Business Systems and Operations Consultant to help clients optimize accounting, manufacturing, operations, and customer service through smarter systems and automation.

You will analyze processes, support the implementation of business software, improve reporting and workflows, provide user guidance, and collaborate in a hybrid remote role based at the University of Warwick. Experience of 5–10 years in related fields preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in accounting/finance
• Experience in manufacturing or operations
• Experience in process improvement and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities

Responsibilities

• Understand client business processes and challenges
• Support implementation and improvement of accounting/operational software
• Improve reporting, workflows and productivity
• Provide system support and user guidance
