We are currently looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our Applications and Governance team for up to 24 months. The role contributes to saving lives at sea by maintaining and optimising our Business Systems so they continue to make our processes easier and cost effective.
The RNLI is undertaking a programme of work to upgrade its Microsoft AX Dynamics ERP estate to a modern technology landscape including Microsoft D365. Ongoing updates and support will be required to our business systems, old and new, during that period,and we are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to keep our systems fit for purpose during this transition,and develop our future support model as we move towards Software as a Service.
This role is a technical specialist within the Business Applications team, delivering support and solutions to assigned business areas primarily in relation to AX but increasingly also other business software. It will involve working with partners and internal customers to troubleshoot applications and softwareissues, oversee releases and deliver as well as design in-house end-user guidance and changes while the organisation transitions to the new landscape.

It is also desirable that you have Microsoft AX certifications and experience relating to a number of different AX modules e.g. HR, Finance, Production, Procurement, and Asset Management. Experience of SharePoint 2013, DocuSign configuration and administration, security administration for Dynamics AX and other business systems would also be an advantage.
