Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Business Support Technician to join our team in the UK insurance market. This role is pivotal in providing advanced operational and administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the insurance industry, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to deliver exceptional service.

How you'll make an impact

  • Provide advanced administrative and technical support for insurance operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Maintain and update client and policy data with accuracy, conducting regular audits to ensure data integrity.
  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, addressing queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and accuracy.
  • Generate reports on operational metrics and contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Mentor junior team members and promote a collaborative team environment.

About You

  • Strong knowledge of the UK insurance market, including regulatory requirements and industry practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with insurance software systems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
