Holme Junior and Infant School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Senior Business Support Officer to join our school.

Applicants must:

  • Have a friendly, welcoming and professional attitude.
  • Have good interpersonal skills and be able to develop strong relationships across our school community.
  • Be adaptable and able to manage a changing workload with excellent attention to detail.
  • Be proficient in the use of Microsoft packages, utilising Word, Excel and email. Having a working knowledge of Integris and Parent Pay would be advantageous.
  • Work hard and have excellent time management skills.
  • Work closely with the Business Manager and Headteacher.
  • Assist with financial administration duties in school including: the collection, accounting and banking of all cash, raising purchase orders and cheques in a timely manner and preparing accounts.

(Please note that there is currently a proposal to federate between Holme and Hinchliffe Mill Junior & Infant Schools. The preferred candidate will be placed onto a federation contract between the schools and could be deployed at any point between the schools and classes.)
