Senior Business Support Officer
The Business Support Team in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead is currently looking for a Senior Business Support Officer to join them in providing business services in social care. This is an exciting time to join the Business Support Team at Achieving for Children as we have recently launched our new social care case management system, Liquidlogic.
Business Support is a central, fluid and flexible service providing support to critical statutory activities that take place on a daily basis to enable the business to function and services to be delivered. A key driver for the Business Support service is to deliver robust, resilient and efficient administrative support through the Business Support Teams which meet client expectations.
Hybrid working - Home and office working as required across Windsor and Maidenhead.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a commitment to providing a highly professional standard of work, together with strong organisational and interpersonal skills. This role is perfect for those who have strong administrative and technological experience to undertake a range of functions that will include: minute taking, preparing and organising business meetings, processing workflows, dealing with internal and external customers and providing a high quality customer experience. You will also be required to support digital solutions that are available for colleagues and managers to benefit from improving business support options.
