Senior Business Support Officer, Adult and Community Learning
We have an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Business Support Officer to work 30hrs per week supporting the Adult and Community Learning Service.
Although based at Pound Lane in Leamington, you should be willing to work at other sites when necessary. This would include Camphill, our base in Nuneaton and exam venues. There may be the opportunity to work from home during non-term-time periods.
Adult and Community Learning offer courses for adults and families across Warwickshire. Whether learners wish to develop skills for employment or everyday life, support children’s education, pursue an interest, gain confidence or just to meet new people in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, the Business Support team are there to help learners in every stage of their journey with ACL, from initial enquiry and enrolment to administering exams, as well as manage the ACL Service’s administration requirements.
As a Senior Business Support Officer, you will play an essential part in developing the team into a high performing function that is valued by staff and stakeholders. Working closely with the Team Leads and another Senior Business Support Officer, you will need to be able to prioritise work to ensure you and the team deliver the right activities in the most efficient way possible.
One of the main responsibilities will be taking on the Data Officer role for the service, ensuring all learner enrolments and outcomes are recorded on the Service’s Learner Management Information System, ProSolution for which you will receive training. This will require excellent ICT skills and attention to detail to ensure the data is accurate for the returns required for the ESFA.
