An established educational institution is seeking a dedicated office manager to provide vital administrative support to the head teacher. Salary: £24,567 - £26,643 per year

Hours: 35 hours per week
You will manage the school office and provide personal administrative support to the head teacher, including liaison with other departmental service providers. Oversee the operational aspects of DSM for the school and ensure compliance with standing orders and financial regulations. Assist with recruitment and selection procedures.
Essential requirements include previous clerical and/or administrative experience, including familiarity with DSM and financial procedures.
Note: On completing additional years of service by 1 January each year, your salary will be adjusted to include a payment in lieu of the additional leave day accrued at the start of each leave year, applicable for the first 10 years of service.
This role is considered Regulated Work with Children under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Applicants barred from working with children are ineligible. If you have lived or worked outside the UK in the past 10 years, an overseas police check may be required.
