NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) is seeking a capable administrative professional to join Glasgow HSCP Business Support Team. The role provides comprehensive support to the Senior Management Team, managing diaries, meetings, and documentation with strong IT skills and confidentiality.
The successful candidate will work as part of a wider senior Business Support team, with a focus on efficient admin processes, payroll support, and cross-team collaboration within a large NHS organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity for appropriately qualified and enthusiastic applicant to join Glasgow HSCP Business Support Team. The successful applicant will be responsible on a daily basis for the provision of a comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Senior Management Team. Applicants should have excellent organisational skills, strong Communication Skills, excellent IT Skills particularly in the use of Microsoft Office Packages. Experience of administratively supporting multi-disciplinary meetings is advantageous as well as an understanding of NHS Clinical and administrative systems. The successful candidate will work as part of a wider senior Business Support team.
NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) may be able to provide visa sponsorship for certain roles, subject to the post meeting the relevant eligibility criteria.
