At Babcock, we're working to create a safe and secure world. Join us as a Senior Business Process Developer at our Bristol or Leicester sites and contribute to our mission.

The Role:

1. Deliver technical solutions on time and to quality standards as directed by the Systems Development Manager.
2. Engage in requirements reviews, technical design, modelling, software development, testing, and deployment of applications.
3. Ensure software development adheres to IT quality, plans, and procedures.
4. Participate in workshops, reviews, and stand-ups; communicate progress and collaborate with stakeholders.
5. Prepare comprehensive documentation for applications.

Working Hours & Arrangements:

Full-time, 35 hours/week, with hybrid working (2 days in office, 3 days remote).

Essential Experience:

1. Extensive experience with Appian Software and development tools.
2. Strong knowledge of SDLC and familiarity with waterfall, iterative, and agile methodologies.
3. Proven development experience and proficiency in UML and BPMN for business process design.

Qualifications:

Open to diverse backgrounds; demonstrated experience or willingness to learn is valued.

Security Clearance:

Must be a sole UK national eligible for SC clearance.
