The Role:
- Deliver technical solutions on time and to quality standards as directed by the Systems Development Manager.
- Engage in requirements reviews, technical design, modelling, software development, testing, and deployment of applications.
- Ensure software development adheres to IT quality, plans, and procedures.
- Participate in workshops, reviews, and stand-ups; communicate progress and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation for applications.
Working Hours & Arrangements:
Full-time, 35 hours/week, with hybrid working (2 days in office, 3 days remote).
Essential Experience:
- Extensive experience with Appian Software and development tools.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and familiarity with waterfall, iterative, and agile methodologies.
- Proven development experience and proficiency in UML and BPMN for business process design.
Qualifications:
Open to diverse backgrounds; demonstrated experience or willingness to learn is valued.
Security Clearance:
Must be a sole UK national eligible for SC clearance.
