This is your opportunity to drive central initiatives and operational excellence in a role that is pivotal to our success. How you'll make an impact Strategic Process Development: Own the creation and refinement of sophisticated processes to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Operational Change: Spearhead and manage high-impact projects aimed at transformative operational change, ensuring alignment with consumer duty principles. Mentorship and Guidance: Provide leadership and mentorship to colleagues, particularly during acquisitions, to ensure flawless integration with the Gallagher Way. Stakeholder Engagement: Nurture and maintain robust relationships with Retail Business and Central functions, ensuring strategic involvement in operational decisions. Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with Business Operations colleagues to achieve team objectives and improve overall performance. Process Improvement: Collaborate with BQA to discover and implement process improvements derived from audit findings. Develop and demonstrate: Deep expertise in key centralised activities, serving as a resource and advisor to the team. Consumer Duty Advocacy: Champion consumer duty principles, ensuring they are embedded in all operational activities. Continuous Professional Development: Commit to ongoing learning and development, while supporting the growth and education of colleagues. About You Extensive Industry Knowledge: Proven expertise in Insurance or Financial Services with a grasp of regulatory environments. Exceptional Communication Abilities: Proficiency in effectively communicating and influencing customers at all levels. Critical Thinking: Strong analytical skills with a curiosity about developing creative solutions and driving central initiatives. Organisational Excellence: Ability to prioritise and plan workload effectively in a dynamic environment.
