Your impact/duties as a Senior Business Manager:

• Client Relationships: Not just over the phone, but face-to-face, you'll identify and develop existing and new client relationships.
• Leadership & Team Building: Be able to lead the launch and development of a brand new office and provide hands on leadership and coaching to new members of staff
• Top-Tier Service: Deliver exceptional service to ensure repeat business and outstanding recommendations
• Brand Growth: Be the face of Daniel Owen in the Portsmouth area, promoting the brand with professionalism and integrity

• Proven Professional: Proven experience in construction recruitment with a strong understanding of the industry and a track record of billing success
