Senior BI Data Analyst (Contract /Remote). This is a great time to be joining Metric. We’re signing exciting deals and growing fast, but there’s still a non-corporate, start-up vibe - you can be your authentic self here, and be appreciated for it.
We have over 120 colleagues based all over the world. We are a boutique B2B provider of sports betting software and services that offers operators all the control and autonomy of an in-house Sportsbook with the convenience of a turnkey solution.
Your day-to-day As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, your primary focus will be development and ownership of the analytical output from our Data Lakehouse and self-service Tableau environment. You will collect, store and categorise data, in line with business needs, while also ensuring it is easy to retrieve.
Your responsibilities extend to seamless cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Trading, Product, Finance, Sales and our external partners. This role will give rise to opportunities to get involved with Data Science and Machine learning in a wide range of domains, including but not limited to betting, financial forecasting, competitor and operational performance.
To thrive in the role, advanced in SQL, BI tooling (we use Tableau), and comfort in a secondary coding language (Python/R) are essential. While gambling knowledge is advantageous, experience in related domains and a clear demonstrable desire to work in and understand gambling is required.
What’s in it for you? At Metric, our people are rated by their attitude and the quality of their contribution, not by their seniority. Your contribution can make a real difference here, supported by some of the best in the business.
Inclusivity at Metric: We believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace is central to our success, which is why all qualified candidates are invited to apply regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, religion and belief, ethnic background, nationality, gender identity, or culture.
