Join to apply for the Senior Business Intelligence Analyst role at Flutter UK & Ireland.

Reporting to the Business Intelligence Manager, the Senior BI Analyst will drive insights across multiple areas including Product and Commercial, collaborating closely with these teams to enhance our products for customers. The Customer BI Team provides insights and analysis to support the development and implementation of projects aimed at improving customer experience and operational efficiency.

Contract: 12 Month FTC

Your Responsibilities

• Measure and analyze historical data for trends.
• Research and analyze primary drivers of customer experience and product performance.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards using BI tools.
• Assist with ad-hoc insights requests.
• Engage with various teams, demonstrating communication, influencing, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analyze large datasets collaboratively.
• Use web analytics to identify customer difficulties and areas for improvement.
• Measure ROI and impact of changes, reporting to senior management.
• Become a product and customer journey expert within the business.

Your Skills and Experience

• Experience in Data Analysis and insights.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience in Business Intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Knowledge of Python or R is advantageous.
• Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics is a plus.
