Position Summary

Are you skilled in defining and delivering innovative solutions within Sales, Distribution, Logistics, and Finance? Do you have experience managing both technical and functional project aspects, ensuring they meet financial, resource, and timeline constraints? If yes, this is the opportunity for you!

Role: Senior Business Integration Analyst at Church & Dwight

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate and Define Requirements: Engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather and clarify requirements for improvement projects.
  2. Solution Definition and Delivery: Develop solutions within our technology landscape, including SAP, ensuring all business needs are met.
  3. Project Management: Maintain clear project documentation throughout the lifecycle in collaboration with the PMO.
  4. Architecture Development: Create solution architecture artifacts to translate business and technology requirements into viable solutions.
  5. Compliance and Standards Monitoring: Keep updated with regulatory, company, and industry standards.
  6. 3rd Party Coordination: Supervise and coordinate external consultants during project delivery and support.
Skills & Knowledge
  • Strong analytical skills for various project needs.
  • Ability to establish and maintain trust with customers.
  • Experience managing dependencies related to SAP environment.
  • Expertise in Solution Architecture and Application development lifecycle.
  • Extensive SAP functional knowledge in Sales & Distribution and Logistics.
  • Proficiency in project planning, scope, time, and resource management.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud technologies.
  • Experience creating integrated transaction and solution architectures.
  • Configuration knowledge of SAP Code, including RICEFs remediation.
Qualifications
  • Self-motivated with strategic planning skills.

  • University Degree in Sciences, Engineering, or relevant field.
  • Experience in FMCG/CPG industry preferred.
