Role: Senior Business Improvement Consultant

Rate: £650-700/day inside IR35 via umbrella company

Location: Gloucester or London – flexible working

Duration: 6-month initial contract

A Senior Business Improvement Consultant is required to join a leading Financial Services client for long-term work. The successful candidate will be expected to start immediately and contribute effectively from the outset.

Key skills & experience required:

• Extensive experience as a Business Improvement Consultant, preferably within Financial Services or Investments.
• Strong systems thinking approach with expertise in Lean methodologies (excluding Six Sigma).
• Proven experience in leading and coaching junior business improvement analysts.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with an engaging approach that motivates SMEs and stakeholders to participate actively in improvement initiatives.
