Job summary

Taktile is seeking a Senior Business Development Representative to help accelerate AI adoption in Financial Services by engaging potential customers from their first interaction. You will focus on building a robust pipeline and identifying new market opportunities to unlock higher-value deals for the sales team.

You will own pipeline activities in your territory, drive outbound initiatives, and represent us at major conferences.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in a fast-growing startup, or 2-3+ years in finance/consulting/tech sales
• Proven ability to meet or exceed activity and pipeline targets
• Familiarity with outbound tools such as HubSpot, Aircall, lemlist or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Growth mindset and genuine curiosity about AI and financial services

Responsibilities

• Own pipeline-generating activities in your territory and outreach to strategic prospects to generate high-intent opportunities with Mid-Market and Enterprise companies

• Lead our attendance at major conferences and host dinners to meet industry leaders across the world
• Collaborate with the marketing, growth, and sales teams, and bring in leads applying qualification frameworks such as PACTT

About The Role

As a Senior Business Development Representative at Taktile, you'll drive AI adoption in Financial Services by engaging future customers in their very first interactions with us and identifying new market opportunities. It’s a pivotal role that enables our sales team to focus on high-value, revenue-generating activities and is powered by leveraging your creativity, charm, grit, and strategic thinking.

You will:

• Own pipeline-generating activities in your territory and outreach to strategic prospects to generate high-intent opportunities with Mid-Market and Enterprise companies
• Support the development and execution of strategic outbound initiatives
• Lead our attendance at major conferences and host dinners to meet industry leaders across the world
• Collaborate with the marketing, growth, and sales teams, and bring in leads applying qualification frameworks such as PACTT.
• Be supported by an ever-developing AI toolstack to automate the busywork and focus on using your brain
• Conduct initial qualifications for high-potential leads

You will make our decision easy if you have:

• 2-3+ years of experience in a fast-growing startup, preferably in lead management and project management roles or 2-3+ years of experience in a field like finance & investment banking, consulting or software engineering
• Proven ability to meet or exceed activity and pipeline targets.
• Familiarity with outbound tools such as HubSpot, Aircall, lemlist or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• A growth mindset, genuine curiosity about AI and financial services, as well as a willingness to learn.

Taktile operates through regional entities worldwide. Depending on the location of this role, your employment or engagement will be with Taktile LLC (US), Taktile GmbH (Germany), Taktile Ltd (UK), or Taktile SRL (Romania). The applicable entity will be confirmed during the offer process.
