Our 24-acre site is located in Surrey, just outside London, near the M25, with easy rail access (Clapham Junction, Sutton, Epsom).

We offer a competitive salary and a range of benefits including adoption pay, fertility treatment leave, enhanced paternity leave, paid carers leave, menopause-related time off, and gender reassignment leave. Annual leave ranges from 35 to 41 days (including bank holidays) depending on length of service. Benefits also include free on-site parking, a staff shuttle, subsidised cafeteria, on-site staff accommodation (subject to availability), NHS pension eligibility or an alternative scheme, and career development opportunities in a supportive, collaborative environment.
