Senior Business Development Manager - Public Interest Audit

I'm working with a top 10 accounting firm that's launching a brand-new role to drive growth and transformation within their Public Interest (PI) Audit team. This is a unique opportunity to shape how the firm wins work in the FTSE 350 and large privately held space, including major PE-backed groups.

As Senior Business Development Manager, you'll lead the charge in evolving the firm's approach to business development-bringing structure, insight, and energy to their pursuit strategy. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to build a proactive sales culture, manage key accounts, and drive profitable growth.

What you'll be doing:

  • Define and manage a pipeline of strategic pursuits and tenders
  • Champion CRM best practices (Dynamics) across the PI Audit practice
