Job Description

Role: Senior Business Development Manager - IT Global Capability Centers (GCCs) / Global Technology Centers / Shared Services - London

Location: London, UK

Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end sales for Global Capability Centers (GCCs), from opportunity identification to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and propose tailored GCC solutions to clients.
  • Identify and pursue new GCC opportunities across industries and geographies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with CXO stakeholders to understand their GCC needs.
  • Create compelling proposals and presentations addressing client requirements.
  • Coordinate with delivery and solution teams for feasibility and alignment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategies.

Additional Responsibilities include: customer profiling, account planning, revenue/margin target setting, messaging, research, negotiations, proposal development, contract management, account planning, relationship management, people management, and participating in organizational initiatives.

Experience:

  • 16–25 years in IT services sales, focusing on GCCs or shared services.
  • Proven success in selling complex solutions to large enterprises.
  • Strong understanding of GCC models, setup, operations, governance.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of outsourcing business, financial analysis, legal issues, and Infosys offerings. Skills include structured communication, conflict resolution, negotiation, leadership, and networking.

Performance Measures: sales targets, revenue, pipeline, proposal success ratio, account growth, client satisfaction, and internal collaboration metrics.

This role is suitable for a Mid-Senior level professional in Business Development and Sales within the IT Services and IT Consulting industry, employed full-time.
