As a Senior Business Development Manager, you’ll be a key growth driver, working closely with the BU Managing Director and senior management. Your main task is to plan, lead, and execute capture management and qualification of opportunities to help Babcock win and meet strategic goals.
You will collaborate with operations, commercial, business development, and bidding professionals to develop strategies and propositions that drive growth, manage multiple pursuits, and develop market entry strategies and value propositions.
This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours per week, with hybrid working arrangements.
