Business Development Manager | Crypto & Web3 | London (Remote)

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join an innovative and rapidly growing team in the crypto and staking industry. This role offers the opportunity to drive business growth, build strategic partnerships, and contribute to the expansion of cutting-edge staking and restaking solutions.

As a key member of the business development team, you will work with global partners, exchanges, custodians, and financial institutions to enhance adoption of our services.

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive business growth by acquiring and managing strategic partnerships within the blockchain and crypto ecosystem.
  2. Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, including commercial negotiations.
  3. Identify and engage key decision-makers in exchanges, custodians, and institutional investors.
  4. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for staking and yield products.
  5. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  6. Collaborate with product, legal, and research teams to tailor solutions for clients.
  7. Maintain accurate sales reporting and client interactions in CRM systems.

Requirements:

  1. Strong knowledge of crypto, blockchain, and Web3 technologies.
  2. Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within fintech, crypto, or a rapidly growing tech environment.
  3. Experience with outbound prospecting, client engagement, and deal closing.
  4. Strong analytical and consultative sales skills with a results-driven mindset.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  6. A proactive, strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for DeFi and staking.
