As a Business Development Manager, you will:
  • Lead the sales process from initial contact to securing complex care packages.
  • Develop and manage relationships with commissioners and stakeholders.
  • Promote the organisation through strategic marketing and networking.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and manage bid preparation.
  • Maintain an accurate business pipeline and contribute to marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct competitor research to inform business strategy.

The Business Development Manager role comes with:

  • On-target earnings (OTE) of £20,000.
