Senior Business Development Manager (with potential to step into Head of Sales)

Established for over twenty-nine years, Entel is an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) which has firmly established itself as a prominent leading global player in the radio communications industry. Entel operates its own design and manufacturing divisions, with distribution centres throughout the world.
We are seeking an ambitious, results-oriented and driven Senior Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to progress their career and step into a senior leadership role.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will play a crucial role in leading the BDM team, driving business growth and expanding our client base. You will develop and execute strategies to increase sales, manage key client relationships, and explore new business opportunities.
Working closely with senior leadership and the sales team to align business development initiatives with company goals, you will dedicate 60% of your time generating sales through proactive calling and driving revenue while the remaining 40% will be spent overseeing the team's strategy and performance. This is an office-based role with a strong emphasis on phone sales.
In this role, you will have the clear opportunity to evolve your career within our company. After successfully proving your ability to drive results and manage key client accounts, you will be in line to transition into the role of Head of Sales within 9–12 months.
