As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be a key growth leader, working closely with the BU Managing Director and senior management team. Your primary role is to plan, lead, and execute capture management and qualification of opportunities to help Babcock achieve its strategic objectives.
Day-to-day, you’ll collaborate with operations, commercial, business development, and bidding teams to develop and implement winning strategies for large and strategic pursuits. This includes managing multiple pursuits at different stages and developing market entry strategies and value propositions for new products and services.
This role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with hybrid working arrangements.
The successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain Security Check (SC) clearance. Eligibility may be affected by nationality, citizenship, or residency status.
